Max Amerongen

Designer & Animator

Max Amerongen is the lead animator at Sticks & Stones, and an Edmonton-based designer, writer and producer. As a cultural/urban activist he is the former president of Media Architecture Design Edmonton, and in 2019 was curator of Unrealized: Edmonton’s Unbuilt Heritage. He is a producer of Arthur Erickson’s Dyde House which, on October 3, was awarded the 2023 Alberta Film & Television Award (Rosie) for “Best Documentary Film Over 30 Minutes”.
