Martin Rein-Cano, born in Buenos Aires in 1967, is a landscape architect, founder and creative director of Topotek 1. His studies in art history, which preceded landscape architecture, have ever since influenced the idea-driven design concepts of the Berlin and Zurich offices since 1996. In addition to his conceptual and interdisciplinary work, he lectures at various institutions in Europe and North America, most recently at the Dessau Institute for Architecture and the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
