Jenny Tan 陳美希 (she/her) is a councillor for the City of Maple Ridge, a former journalist, and advocate for housing
and active transportation. Before she was elected, Jenny served as a director with HUB Cycling to promote cycling
among local governments and corporations. Prior to that role, she served as the business development director of a
marketing agency. Jenny is also the host of Should I Stay or Should I Go?, a podcast that examines the roots of the
housing crisis.
